The Challenge

Redesigning the controlling architecture in the S/4HANA environment independent of the group structure. The aim was a flexible, detailed income statement (CO-PA) in real time, the conception of performance accounting and billing for software developments.

The Solution

New concept of controlling and management reporting. S4Digit defined the cost center structures, project structures, service billing and billing of software development projects and their implementation in S/4HANA, CO-OM, CO-PA and PS.

The Result

Real-time transparency of results and margins (CO-PA). By standardizing and automating cost center accounting (CO-QM), management now has a flexible reporting basis.
