The Challenge

Redesigning financial processes based on S/4HANA. The goals were to integrate a modern planning platform (SAC), automate credit management, harmonize the authorization concept in S/4HANA including Fioris and ensure migration as a “big bang” (11 companies worldwide)

Provision of a team of experts for the SAP finance sector (concept/implementation of FI GL, AP, AR). Introduction of financial planning in SAC and advanced credit management. Management and implementation of FI and PP migration. Ensuring successful BigBang Go-Live by an S4Digit Cutover Manager. New design of the authorization concept including SoD Matrix with GRC, Xiting and IdM.

The Result

Successful go-live through professional cutover management (BigBang with 11 companies). In addition to increased planning quality through the integrated SAC solution and optimized risk management through automated credit management, the customer benefits from harmonized financial processes. An audit-compliant authorization concept based on an SoD matrix also ensures maximum compliance
