The Challenge

Greenfield implementation to map highly complex product configurations (VC). The focus was on revenue recognition (RAR) and quality management in E2E processes.

The Solution

S4Digit was responsible for two end-to-end streams (procure to pay, variant configuration) in the greenfield project. This included template creation, pilot implementations and the final rollout. In addition, topics such as the processing of RAR, FI/CO, QM and customer service were taken on independently.

The Result

Create robust VC templates for configurable products. The solution ensures compliance security in revenue recognition and fully integrated processes from procurement to service.
