The Challenge

To scale across all subsidiaries, the customer needed a uniform global S/4HANA template. Central challenges were mastering complex logistics requirements (EWM) and ensuring trade compliance.

The Solution

S4Digit managed the S/4HANA greenfield implementation from template creation to pilot implementations to international template roll-out. Expert teams for EWM, GTS, Finance & Treasury, User Experience, Finance & Treasury and Controlling implemented a user-centered solution. A Central Finance System was temporarily provided as a temporary solution.

The Result

Successful creation of the global template (PoC). The solution ensures logistics efficiency and trade compliance through EWM and GTS. In addition, the central finance approach and treasury risk management enable financial strategic flexibility, while the UI5 design modernizes the user experience in line with the Fiori-First strategy.
